Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and analytical UI/UX Designer to shape the user experience of our SaaS platform. You won’t just be making things “look good”—you will be solving complex user problems through design.

You will work closely with engineers and stakeholders to transform requirements into intuitive, user-centric designs. You will also act as a guardian of our Design System, ensuring consistency across the entire product.

Responsibilities

Translate complex product requirements into easy-to-use user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Create high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
Contribute to, maintain, and help evolve the company’s Design System (components, typography, color systems).
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure design implementation matches the vision (QA of UI).
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Create assets for marketing and internal presentations when required.
Advocate for the user in every technical discussion.

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of professional experience designing digital products (Web/SaaS).
A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, not just final screenshots.
Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Variables).
Solid understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles.
Experience working with and utilizing established Design Systems.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (enough to communicate effectively with developers).
Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
Experience with prototyping tools (Protopie, Framer) is a plus.
